Servicing

Servicing of an oil fired range involves the removal of the hot plate in order to remove debris from within the range,inspection of baffles and heat protection boards installation of new fire rope before hot plate is re installed, removal of the burner from the bottom of the range in order to replace the nozzle and clean the blast tube and full emmissions test of the flue gas to ensure operating within the manufacturers guidelines and safety requirements. If remedial actions from the above inspections of parts are required these will be discussed and repaired as approved. 

 

Repair

We carry a large stock of new parts for all burners/boilers for the efficient repair of any issue that we face. Repairs range from replacement of components within the burner, new burner installation, circulating pumps, time clocks, control boards, fans and thermostats to name a few.

Installation 

Oil range installation involves removal of your old range, installation of a new range along with all pipes and fittings and wiring to complete the install. In certain circumstances the flue liner for the chimney may also be replaced. Commissioning of the range as requested by Waterford Stanley (We are the only service engineer in Limerick/Clare who are authorised to commision such ranges).
